Dear Potential ViCinema’s Academy Members and Students:

 
Welcome to ViCinema Online Visual Art Academy or VOVAA!

As a president and founder of ViCinema, I am delighted to invite you to a new ViCinema adventure into a world of education, filmmaking, cinematography and games. If you are a student, VOVAA offers You to learn via games and making movies. If you are a teacher, a scientist, a film maker, a scriptwriter or a game-maker, ViCinema invites you to join the team and become an academy member either to teach, lead a game, and make a movie or to develop new games and programs for our Academy. ViCinema’s goal is to teach via playing games and making films.

If you are tired and fed up with motivating and encouraging or even forcing sometimes your child to study and learn; or if you cannot stand anymore traditional methods of teaching, you are free to join our team to invest your talent and energy in the name of sustainable and disruptive education via art and with games and movies.

As a president of ViCinema and a teacher, a filmmaker, a sociologist and a journalist, a project manager and last but not least, a mother of two kids, I have been observing and being involved into variety of educational institutions since 1993. My international experience and observation helped me build up an educational model where children with teachers of different fields or/and parents have an opportunity to study with pleasure via games and movies.

VOVAA is for open-minded people who are ready for new experiments and adventures. If you feel you are one of them, welcome to start a new educational experiment with ViCinema Online Visual Art Academy.

Since ViCinema is not your usual Academy, it requires special skills and a custom platform to achieve its goal. And here is where I come in.
Armed with more than 20 years in teaching at the University and College levels, and extensive knowledge in programming, database and workflow integration, I am in charge of the practical side of ViCinema and my aim is to make things run smoothly for our members and students.

I am also a visual effects supervisor and editor, as well as a director of photography having worked in the advertisement industry in parallel to my educational career.

I am restless in my learning and I follow Karl Marx's adage: "If you are tired, change activity", and I believe that diversity in knowledge and the blending of ideas can generate greatness, and I find ViCinema as the perfect tool to achieve the Bauhaus concept of uniting the arts to advance humanity.
